AP Mistake - where/how should I fix it?

I just linked our AP'S to my Disney account via the app and I noticed that mine shows an expiration date in May, when we bought the pass vouchers online, and my husband's shows the date in August when we activated the passes. Obviously two different CM'S helped us exchange them at the ticket booths... I'm pretty certain the year should start when we activated them in August, right? So who can help me fix my expiration date and how much proof do they need? City Hall rather than the ticket booths? Should I bring a bank statement showing the charge for both passes? Thanks!

I would call them and ask? Is this what it shows on the actual pass itself or only once you see it on the app?

Last time I had an issue with the expiration date on my AP, I went first to Chamber of Commerce (DCA's version of City Hall) and the CMs there said they couldn't do anything about the expiration and that I would have to go to one of the ticket booths. I went outside to the Ticket Booth and they were able to fix the issue.

I don't see an expiration date on our passes... They're Deluxe Passes from the old 'collection'.

Thanks! That's what I figured, I just didn't want to wait in both lines! I guess I'll bring that month's statement and hopefully it'll be a quick and easy fix.

As far as I know, they've stopped printing expiration dates on the DLR APs. Only the Premier Pass has an expiration date printed on it. If you're not at the parks, I would try calling the AP Guest Services and see what they can tell you ((714) 781-PASS).
