AP Increase Soon....

I hope they hold off until Feb. - I was planning to upgrade a 7-day hopper from parksavers that we have for our son when we go Jan. 3rd. That would get him the 13 month activation. I'm afraid to hold my breath that long tho...

I hope they hold off too. We have 7-day PH from Undercover Tourist that I'm planning to upgrade in less than 2 weeks.

The more I think about it, I expect the increase will be announced with a month of January 4, 2017 when the 13 month AP offer expires.

Meanwhile, different subject - we just got our magic bands for our January trip today and since DH and I just got new AP's this fall I was sort of half expecting they would have sent new AP sliders for ours but they didn't. Did they stop sending those out? I knew they had stopped sending the DVC ones but I had seen orange AP ones on other people on our last trip (our old ones from our old AP's are green).

You got magic bands based on your resort reservation. If you have activated the APs you got this fall, there should be an option in MDE to get MBs based on the APs (no resort reservation required). If they are still sending out the sliders, you would get them with the MB order for the APs. Look very carefully in the box in which the MBs arrive. They are good at hiding them underneath the cardboard inserts.

Soooooo I could have another order of MB? They have changed the box. It's smaller and more generic than it used to be (ie not so fancy). It's no longer a box inside of a box (which was a waste anyway). Probably getting ready for the next version of MB. There is no place to "hide" anything like they used to. THANK YOU Carol!!! I had no idea there was another set of magic bands sitting out there that were designated for AP's!!! I just looked - found them and requested them so we can hopefully get the newer sliders!!
