We have currently booked a January stay with the AP rate but do not have our AP's yet. We were planning on ordering through the soon to be defunct Disney Club. My understanding is they send you a certificate/voucher that you can redeem for your AP's. Which leads me to a few questions.

1) Do you have to have the AP in hand when checking in or can you use the certificate (voucher)?

2) Where can you activate your AP's, ie, turn in your certificate for your voucher?

3) If we arrive very late, past 11:00 PM on days with park hours ending at 9:00 PM is there anywhere to activate the AP's before checking in or is it best to stay offsite for that first night then activate the AP's and check in?

Any other info would be great!

You can exchange the vouchers at a ticket boot or guest services at any of the WDW theme parks, as I understand.

People have reported the vouchers being accepted as proof of AP status, while others have reported being asked to return with an activeted pass to show as proof they are AP holders. If you but the vouchers before your trip I doubt you will have any problems.

Sometimes I have been asked to show them. Sometimes I have not been asked at all.
