AP flex pay question

I decided today to take a short mini vacation to USF next week. Ever since we returned in October, my family has been bugging me to go back !! Since this will be the first year in which I will be able to go to USf more than once in a year, I looked into flex pay annual pass. The website stated that it would take two weeks to receive the tickets. Since this would not work, I called the USF number to find out about pick up at the park. (This is normally what we do anyways). The person was very short and abrupt (It was about 30 minutes before closing ....I forgot about the time change). He said I would have to wait to get to the park to order the tickets and set up the flex pay. He said do not order online. That was the extent of the conversation. Like I said, I know it was close to closing, but still... Has anyone else purchased their AP's this way? I would hate to drive @11 hours and have to pay the $179 times 5 people since this is just a spur of the moment trip.
 
call the annual pass holders number, they will give you more attention, and make sure you get the questions answered that you want. The number is 18005645764. I would recommend writing down a list of things you would like answered. So you can make sure to find out what you want to know.

I have NEVER had any problems in the past. In fact, that is one of the reasons that I like USF...the service is wonderful!
