AP fast passes help

Looking for some help here. So we bought APs back in September for the first time. We have two separate trips planned each for a week. In December we're staying at Shades of Green. We have 5 days worth of FPs booked. We're staying at a Disney property in January and are in our 60 day window. The site is only allowing us to book 2 days of FPs for the January trip. I see that you get 7 days of booking every 30. Any thoughts or ideas on getting the rest of the week booked?

Because Shades of Green is offsite, the system maxes you out at 7 days.

You'll have to book additional days after you use each day in December.
