I purchased a Perferred Annual Pass and used it for the first time on July 28, 2012. I'm planning another trip for 2013. Will I be able to use my Preferred Annual Pass all day on July 28, 2013 or will it be expired?

you can use it all day on the 28th. It expires at the end of that day
