We have annual passes for our two children purchased through the Disney Vacation Club. They appear to be actual passes, not vouchers. There is an expiration date on the back, but I can't find a straight answer on what it means. Can anyone confirm if that is the date by which it must be used for the first time, or is that the last day the pass can be used to enter the parks? If it's the latter, is there any chance I can exchange them for passes that begin when we get there? They have not been used yet. They were bought in December, and we won't be making our first trip this year until May.

Thanks.

I would call DVC guest services but generally when you buy a pass it is a voucher. The 365 days start from the first day you use it at the parks

Ok, I will try that. I have had vouchers and passes before, and these definitely look like passes. Thanks.

Did you order them via the mail, or did you buy them in person? When you buy them in person they are activated the day you purchase them. If you bought via mail or online then they should be vouchers?
