AP discounts - When do they become available for Y&BC?

Hoping for a Y&BC discount in August, when should I keep an eye out for AP rates? How much percentage off is the AP discount? Can anyone tell me a good discounted rate for the Y&BC?

We are booked at the YC for November with an AP rate of $169 +tax for a standard view room. I think this is about 40% off the rack rate for value season.
