AP discounts - HP Stores/Mama Della's

We're a family of 4 staying at PBH for 2 nights on AP discount but still need to decide if we'll spend $400 at AP discount eligible shops and restaurants to make getting Preferred AP worthwhile. Does anyone know if the stores in HP are Universal owned and eligible for AP discount? We're committed to a robe and interactive wand but if we start picking up other stuff I'm sure we'll get to $300-400 very easily.

Also, is the list of restaurants in the AP benefits complete? We were looking at Mama Della's but its not listed so we may just opt for Trattoria (or is the quality much lower that Universal tries to direct guests there with the AP discount)?
