AP discounts for December 2013

This is our first year with our SP's and since we are local (3 hours South) we don't generally plan very far in advance. I'm looking at the first weekend in December for our yearly "Christmas trip" to the world, and I'm curious when the discounts for that time generally come out? I'm new to this passholder discount thing, and usually I'm planning only a month ahead and have no issues. Obviously the discount plays a major role in which resort we book so I want to wait, but curious if any seasoned AP's have any insight?
