AP discounts for Aug 2014?

Does anyone have any experience with Annual Pass discounts for August? I'm wondering when they will be released.

We are looking to buy APs for next Aug. because we will be in Disney August 2014 and June 2015 (going with different family members each time). We would be interested in room only discounts because we plan to buy TIW.

We are interested in BLT or Poly.
