AP Discounts at HHI

I was just reading over the AP newsletter (first one for us) and noticed they offered AP discounts at HHI in Nov. and December. It was that same discount as they offered last year with Disney Visa. Anyway, we were hoping to go to HH in mid October and have used up our points, but this offer also said "Passholder rates may be available for earlier dates". Has anyone ever used an AP rate for HH? If so, how do they compare to rack rates? They are offering a 2BR for $99 a night from Oct. 31-Dec 31st. That would be perfect!!!!
