In the Holiday BackStage Pass they said 10% off and 20% for premium through January 10th.

The Deluxe AP is what we have, and when I went to use our Disney VISA 10% discount at Star Traders they told use we didn't need to use the Visa (which has a $50 minimum), because our Deluxe AP gave us 10% off all merchandise. This was in October. We were buying about $40 worth of stuff, so not sure if there's a minimum for the AP discount but if there is its lower than the Chase so we were happy with that.

Yes. Actually, due to repeated extensions, they have offered the discount continuously since last holiday season. The minimum purchase requirement is $10 before tax and discount.

We were there over Thanksgiving weekend and my Premier AP got me a 20% discount on most merchandise purchases.
