AP Discount Question

We currently have the standard AP with the DVC discount. I know that there is a savings if we renew at the end of the 12 months. We are thinking of moving to a PAP next year. Would we get the price as if we are buying it for the first time ($524/adult, $483/child) or as a renewal ($484 and $446, respectively)?

When it's time to renew, you can upgrade/downgrade at the renewal rate.
