I bought a DVC discounted AP for a trip I was planning on taking in August, got voucher in hand, but unfortunately it looks like I will end up having to sell my DVC membership. But I do plan on going in Nov/Dec by either renting points or renting a room.
Does anyone know if I can still use the voucher? Do I need to get a refund? Or pay the difference at the gate?

I would call Memeber Services or ticketing and ask. My guess is that you'll need to pay the difference upon redemption, or that WDW Ticketing may do a refund.

We've always had to show our blue card to activate our APs. So my guess is you can't use it as is, although I have NO IDEA if they do any thing more than look to see if I had a blue card.

I don't think the vouchers are refundable.

But you SHOULD be able to use the voucher, and pay the difference for an AP. Disney has always been really good about that.

So it sounds as long as don't have to turn in my member card I will be OK.
Well that is unless they decide to punch in my member number or call member services to verify.

They may VERY WELL have punched the number into the computer, and they do look at some address and the address on your driver license. Since last year we moved, but Mass doesn't "reissue" licenses, they simply send you a sticker to put on the back of your license.

Just a note, the OP had a duplicate thread on DVC Mousecellaneous. I merged the threads.
