I book a room at POP at regular rates. I then realized that I may have been able to get an AP rate (after speaking with a friend). What is the normal discount rate on rooms at POP and how could I find out if I can apply that discount to my current reservation in June?

Go to www.mousesavers.com She lists all of the current discount rates. Just give CRO a call and ask if it can be applied. Pop is pretty popular though so you may have to switch to a different value. Good Luck!
