AP Discount on lightsabers at Dok-Ondar’s?

Wondering if the AP discount applies to legacy lightsabers at Dok-Ondar’s? Discount is 30% right now which would be awesome, but I have read conflicting info about if it applies. Thanks for any info!

Last December (2019) we were able to use the AP discount on one.
