AP Discount for MVMCP?

Sorry to start another thread reguarding the MVMCP but I couldn't find the info in the other threads.

We're going to WDW in December for the first time and we're planning on attending MVMCP. Our stay is from Dec. 11th to the 20th.
For the first time two of the four people in our group, (me and my fiance) will have annual passes. (Note: We don't have them yet) My parents will have park hopping tickets.

Our first choice for attending MVMCP is Tuesday Dec. 13 and 2ND choice is Thursday Dec. 15th then third choice is Friday Dec. 16th.

To take advantage of the AP Discount for Dec. 13th, do I have to have the annual pass or annual pass vouchers in hand at the time I order the tickets?
Like I mentioned previously we are planning to purchase two AP's in the very near future.

Will the tickets be sent in the mail to me or will we have to pick them up when we arrive at WDW? And if so where?

From what I understand from people who have order tix with the AP discount, you do not have to have an AP currently to order tix with the discount. However, you will have to present a valid AP pass at the will call window at MK in order to pick up your tix. If you have a current AP they will send your tix via mail.

Does anyone know if it's 1 discounted ticket per AP? Or can you buy one for a guest that doesn't have an AP? My parents are going with us but will not have AP's but we want them to go to the party with us.

You can buy 4 party tickets per AP.

Awesome!! That is wonderful news. This just made my day....I had been under the impression that you would only be able to buy tickets with the AP discount the day of the party and I just wasn't going to be able to do that.

You can actually pick them up at any Guest Services at the resorts or the parks (not just MK). May be more convenient for you! We will pick them up at the Guest Services in the GF.

Central Ticketing and my agent at DU both told me this was correct. HOWEVER, I am going to verify this info when I check in to the resort. If that is not correct, I'll be able to make arrangements to pick them up at the MK (with my AP).

Another related question:

I have a current AP that will expire in August. Can I order MVMCP tickets now and get the discount, even if I might not renew it (so won't have it in December?)
