AP Discount Blackout dates

I can't seem to remember - does the AP Discount have any blackout dates?

I remember the AP Discount (20%) working at 'Ohana breakfast last year. I'm trying to plan and budget our next few trips, as I think we're going to skip the DDP this year.

EDIT: By blackout, I mean, are there days that they do not honor the AP Discount, like Christmas or Easter?

According to this, the only places that exclude any specific dates are House of Blues, Nine Dragons, Tutto Gusto, Tutto Italia, and Via Napoli. Morimoto Asia and STK exclude "holidays." Note that some of the discounts are limited to lunch or to weekdays.
