AP discount at restaurants

We have our vouchers for our PAP's but they came with no information on what discounts the pass is valid for. The PAP's have just about paid for themselves with our room discount but I will take any other discounts I can get. I read somewhere that they are valid for a 10% discount at sit down World Showcase restaurants. Is that at anytime or just certain times and days?
