I know Tables in Wonderland is blocked out on holidays like Mother's Day, but are AP discounts also blocked those same days?

Here's the AP dining discount info page. Most restaurants just have a restriction on special events and dining packages. Some restaurants do list specific blockout dates on holidays, but for others it would depend on whether they were holding a special holiday meal outside of the normal offerings (i.e. an Easter brunch might be considered a special event).
