what is the ap code????

According to the website the code is FCB. The dates for December are 11/26 to 12/23. This is value season, so value resorts start at $59 a night.

Poly, GV $289
WL, CYV $230
FW Cabin $199
BC SV $265 WV $345
AKL Sav View $250 DLX Sav. View $315 StView $169

This was about 5 minutes ago, so there are still plenty of rooms left!

Just got off the phone. I got Poly garden view for $289/nt. plus tax. Not fabulous but better than my AAA rate of $333/nt plus tax.

You need to let folks know if this is for value season or regular season, since the discounts were released for 2 different seasons at the same time. This could get confusing for some folks today.

Remember value season rates are 10/1/06 to 10/4/06 AND 11/26 to 12/23.

Regular rate season is 10/5/06 to 11/22/06.

the code for booking via phone is different than the online one. The phone code is back on the first page, i think its SBZ.

Called at 8AM when I saw the boards--I got *nothing* for the 1st wk of Dec--in fact, I could barely get a deluxe room! Right now we have the Poly GV ($315) 8 nights, no discounts (AP or AAA). Apparently that's become a very busy week to visit this year...
If anyone else did well for the 1st wk of Dec let me know, cuz I'll probably be calling to try to switch every couple of days or so.

No as long as you have the AP when you check in you can book the rate. Sometimes they dont even ask you for the AP at check in but lets not go there and start that flame war again!

That's too bad. I agree (though some folks disagree with me) that week is extremely busy (0r at least parts of that week are). We were there the first week of December during the Christmas taping and AKL was sold out...lots of VIPs there. Keep trying, plus when the AP website comes up, you can always do some searching there.
