AP blackout history

Is there any place that lists the past AP Blackout dates?
With all this talk of blackout/no blackout effecting crowds, I am curious what was blacked out on our last trip (april 19-27, 2009).

I don't know about past blockouts, but current ones can be seen at the Disneyland website. Just look up info about their APs.

I believe usually the week before and after Easter are blocked out but I could be wrong.

Yeah, I think they basically do the same blockout "pattern" every year so if you look at this year's calendar you should be able to figure it out. The dates will obviously be different but you could see which weeks in comparison to Easter were blocked, etc.
