AP and Memory Maker

Hello,

I purchase an AP online. I understand that as part of that I get memory maker included.
When I look on MDE I see the Disney Platimum Pass listed.
Further down it has a section for Memory Maker and says "if you purchased Memory Maker please help us link it to your account".

So, I'm not sure if I need to do something now.
Or if that happens when we get to the park and activate our AP.

Thing is, we arrive on October 26th and our first night will just be Halloween Party tickets. I wanted to be able to use the Memory Maker on that first night.

Can anyone please give me some advice on what I'm supposed to do. Please!

APs come with Photo Pass, pretty much the same as MM. We upgrade to APs from 9 day hoppers and as soon as we walk out of Guest Services PP is active.

Photos will not backdate to before you activate your pass. When you upgrade your ticket to a pass, they date the expiration to the first day you used the ticket and so you do get the photos from day one. This means if you do not activate your annual pass on or before your party date, you will not get those photos included. You can activate the ticket at Disney Springs or at any of the parks. Your photos will appear without the watermark and will expire one year from the date it was taken. You can add borders etc. on the website. Make sure to order your free magic band. Ride photos will appear automatically onto your account if you are wearing a magic band with a working battery. The battery in older magic bands may have died and the wireless feature requires a magic band with an operating battery. Old magic bands will still work for touchpoints.

Once you activate your AP, your photopass benefit is automatically activated as well. There's nothing you need to do.

Photopass is the same as memory maker except it lasts longer
