AP and General Public Discounts Both Out Today for August-Sept?

Am I understanding this correctly...are both the AP and General Public discounts out today beginning August 9? Don't the AP rates usually come out a week before the General Public discounts?

I thought that the Visa code became public tomorrow? Is that the one you are talking about?

I was able to get AP discounted room only info this morning for the end of Sept. AP rates were virtually identical (for deluxe resorts) to the Visa and Fall 35% discounts. Room availability varied tho. For the Contemporary, they did not have a regular tower room available for an AP discount, but did have one for the Visa discount.

Yesterday I booked one night at Pop Century, Aug. 15. for $64 +tax; total $72 with a AP discount. I was happy with that.
