Can I buy an AP after I arrive at BWV and still get the DVC discount ? Or must I pre-order and get a voucher mailed to me ?

You don't need to pre-order. Just walk up to any ticket booth or guest relations (non-resort) and show your DVC card. You cannot get an AP at a resort. I usually buy it at whatever park I am going to first.

You will need to show your blue DVC member card and photo ID at the ticket counter to get the discount.

what are the costs of the annual passes for DVC members ? We are going down a couple of times next year and I'm thinking it may be a cheaper way to do the tickets.

If I bought a packet to disney world already with the free dinning plan, can I upgrade the tickets to annual pass, still get the discount for dvc members? thanks
