AP and DDP

AP question. Can you get the dinning plan if you have a AP? We are going in dec with the DKs then again with out them in jan so DW and I are get APs tor us and are just wondering (not sure we want it yet) if we can use our APs and room reservation In jan to make a pakage and add the DDP?
