AOL users!

AOL have announced that all users are to be upgraded free of charge to the next bandwidth over the next 6 months. This means that Silver package subscribers (256mps) will now be on the 512 service, those on the Gold (512) will go to the 1mb service and those on the Platinum (1mb) will now get the 2mb service. Wonder where I am on the list??? Great news though! Rock on AOL!!!

I got an email from them yesterday saying they were going to double my speed for free too!!! They sat it should be complete within 6 months yipeeeeeeeee!!

I'm very happy about this! 1MB here I come. Just don't know exactly when in the next 6 months. I'm almost tempted to upgrade to 2MB for only an extra £5 a month, which would take effect immediately!
