AOL Help ASAP

I need to unsend a message that hasn't been read yet but I don't get the option b/c its no longer in my Sent folder. I moved it to another one. Does anyone know how I can unsend that email without it being in the Sent folder?

Go to the message in question, right click it, click on unsend.

That said, if it was not to another AOL person but to someone on another internet connection (ie. yahoo, rr, etc.) you cannot unsend it.

Shoot, talked to AOL person and items that aren't in the SENT folder can't be unsent! Once it gets moved to another folder there's NO WAY to unsend it. Uh Oh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well what do you know, AOL is right. I just sent something to someone, moved it from my sent folder and nope, can't get it back, doesn't even give you the option.

Can you move it back to your sent folder?

I once wanted to get an e-mail back, but it was another provider. I went to the extent of calling them on the phone! They said they couldn't delete it because they feel that once it hits the person's mailbox, it's their property. I'm no longer the "owner." Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Sorry the news isn't better!
