AoA or POFQ?

I'm starting to plan out family's Disney World trip. It's not for a while (Epcot Flower and Garden Festival 2020) but I am starting to save money for the trip. Our guests include myself, my husband, my mother, my son (who will be 3) and my daughter (who will be 16 months).

We have narrowed it down to POFQ and AoA for our resort choices. I'm leaning more toward AoA because of the kids and space but we also really like POFQ. Both are fairly close to Epcot which we like. I was wondering which one we should go with. All star music suite was another option but we would prefer AoA.

Also, would it be worth it to get the dining package? We have never gotten it before but this is our first time going with kids. Thanks in advance!

With 3 adults and 2 kids AoA is a better choice. More space and beds.

Dining Package isn't always a great choice because it's a lot of food. It is often less money to pay out-of-pocket. And a 3y/o and 16m/o aren't going to be included in the dining plan at all. But there is the convenience of having all the meals paid for in advance.

For that amount of people I'd do AoA. The suites would be the most comfortable for you. While POFQ is great, but they only have 2 beds in the rooms. Which means you'd be pushing it unless you put the 16 month old in a pack n play, which is fine. Also, the rooms are smaller. As for the dining plan, I'd probably not do it for your party. You'll have one child under 3, so it wouldn't cover them anyways. However, it totally depends on how you eat. Do you do more quick service? Are you going to do lots of character dinners? Really, it doesn't make sense unless you eat that way anyways.
