AoA or ASMovies preferred room

I have been running numbers and am stuck between a preffered room at ASMovies or a LM room at AoA. I will be taking DD 6 and DS 2. The price difference is only $77 more for the LM at AoA

If you want the preferred room at Movies because you want to be close to the food court and buses...keep in mind that the Little Mermaid buildings at AoA are NOT close to the food court and buses. If there is some other reason why you think you would prefer AoA, then you can factor that in.

With the age of your children, ASMovies maybe nice. With a preferred location you could request the Toy Story section. The LM section is quite far for small children to walk at the end of a long day.

Are you bringing your own stroller that they would both fit in? If not, I'd pick ASMovies over AoA LM because it would be easier to walk to your room at the end of the day. If you do have a stroller for them, I'd go with AoA b/c the theming is so great for little kids! We loved it - we stayed in Nemo suites though.

I am planning on renting a stroller for the both of them, seems more logical to get one for both even though DD 6 never rides in one, I am pretty sure Disney will be an exception. I think I will just stick with ASMovies though.

My 9yr old rode in the stroller plenty on our last trip! If you are renting a stroller then you won't have one at the resort so I agree that ASM will be the best decision for you guys! Have fun!

I've stayed in a preferred room in the Toy Story building at ASMo and I've stayed in the Love Bug building there as well. The walk from Love Bug to the main pool, food, and such is not bad at all. When we stayed in Love Bug, my kids were 3 and 18 months. We had strollers for them but my then 3 yr old walked from Love Bug to the Cinema Hall with no problem. I expected one heck of a hike when I saw the map after staying at Caribbean Beach the trip before that one and was stuck in Trinidad, but it's not bad at ASMo. If you're doing it for convenience, you could very well just save the extra $.
