AOA booking question

I can pick to book each suite specifically I suppose as a guarantee. Or I can book general family suite and save a few bucks for a random draw I guess.
Are you still able to put request for your favorite under the random draw, and are certain suites more likely to be granted? How has people’s luck been with this?

You can call in and note your request on your reservation. When checking in, if your request was not granted, you can ask, again, if there is availability in your preferred section. They will try to accommodate you, but may not be able to reassign rooms. Chances are you will get Lion King or Cars. Nemo is the most popular. If you want a specific theme, you should book it.

Thanks so much for answering. I decided to go ahead and book it, and I booked a lion king because that’s the one we really wanted
