Anywhere to meet Huey, Dewey, and Louie

We are at WDW now until Jan 6. Anyone know if Huey, Dewey and Louie ever appear in the parks and if so, where?

Don't think they do, and not sure when last time they were out was. Shame really, those 3 with Scrooge would be awesome.

They (plus Scrooge) are my dream M&G! Sadly neither meet regularly nor Disney have any plans to bring them back to the parks.

I agree, although if I could choose, I'd throw Lauchpad McQuack (is that right?) into the mix too

Scrooge, Launchpad and even Ludwig Von Drake do still hang out at WDW and can show up from time to time. However, the 3 nephews are reportedly "on vacation" at DLP and not expected to return to WDW any time in the near future.

I thought they were fishing at AK (statues of them anyways) hmmm maybe not anymore now that Minnie & Mickey M&G is being changed (or has that happen yet??)

The little statues are still there outside the Festival of the Lion King but DS was looking for the real deal.

Maybe because you can't have one without the others? Three characters at once is too much? I am not sure but I wish they would...

From the pics I have seen, they look about the same height as Donald & Daisy. They might be a bit shorter...

Presumably for the same reasons you can no longer find Hades, Kermit, Tarzan, Figment etc in the parks. Cost. And keeping people happy. Guests in the US seem to want to meet Mickey, and the Princesses. Now whether this is because guests don't know who they are, are being conditioned from commercials to meet certain characters, or what who knows. And in all honesty, when was the last time those were in the public mindset? The fab 5 still is known to young kids through things like Mickey Mouse clubhouse, but when were the nephews last featured in a show/movie? Not a bit part, but frequently enough so that a new generation knows who they are? And lets remember, this is a company that took, what, 3 years after they were popular to get P&F characters in the park?

But the foreign parks still have characters like the 3 nephews, Bianca and Bernard, Goofy as a ToT bellhop, etc. People do want to see them, but apparently WDW management doesn't think they do.
