...or even in MCO?
I do see there is a floral service that is as expected an arm and a leg but short of skulking around the resort and picking them myself is there somewhere...maybe in the Springs or airport...to pick up an arrangement or even just one rose? Not renting a car for my trip.

If you don't have a car, I think your best opportunity to buy flowers would be at the airport. Most larger airports have a wide variety of shops. You might be able to find an online map of MCO that provides the location of each shop. If you had a car, you could stop at any local grocery store since all of them seem to now sell fresh/cut flowers.

Door Dash generally offers delivery from local florists.
I don't recall seeing flowers in MCO. Its possible one of the shops sells something like a rose.

Some areas flowers don't show up unless you search for flowers or florists. Check every store.
