anywhere in EPCOT they will print boarding passes for US???

I don't think it's a standard 'service' they provide, but you may be able to convince someone at Guest Services to do it for you.

I'm actually astonished to hear ANYPLACE will print them. :confused3

Guest Services in All Star Sports is always happy to do it for us.

It costs Disney the price of a sheet of paper and a few flecks of ink or toner... and makes guests very happy.

I think the resorts have it pretty much has standard, not sure about any of the parks. I most often stay at the Swan, they have walkup facilities for doing the boarding passes right in the lobby, not sure though how others might be. Seems like it would be profitable for Disney, LOL, allowing guests to remain a bit longer, spend a bit more before heading back to MCO.

I don't think you can get it done anywhere in Epcot, but it's a short walk to the Y&BC outside International Gateway, and you can get it done at Guest Relations there.

I can just about imagine the resorts will do it, but I'm still surprised (pleasantly!) to hear they do!

If you got someone at MK to print it for you you got very lucky. I was told it could only be done at the hotels. If course I didn't believe that to be true but didn't press the issue. I also asked at EPCOT & was told the same thing, They claim they don't have access to the internet. I've asked at the hotels & it's always been taken care of for me there either by the concierge desk or when they are closed the regular check in desk.

Wow -- thanks everyone for posting! I just assumed that the hotels wouldn't do it (I'm the kind of person who hesitates even to ask for the things I'm entitled to, what can I say? ; I'm sure you can imagine the kind of nightmare this would have saved us last December (I'll spare you the gory details).

We're going down to YC this December and I'm definitely going to work up the courage to ask! It helps me to know that it's a normal thing for people to request.

We were there last month and were not going to be at our resort 24 hours before to have our SW boarding passes printed out. We had lunch scheduled at the Coral Reef about that time. I inquired at our front desk if they could do it without me being there and they said they could not do it, but if I went to Guest Relations at Epcot they could do it there. A very nice CM took to me to a room with a computer and let me go to the website and print my boarding passes. He even gave me an envelope to put them in.

I think all hotels do it as standard procedure -- I had it done at POFQ and the CM didn't bat an eye at my request. But if you absolutely have to have it done at Epcot, try the Guest Relations INSIDE the park, to the left of Spaceship Earth. (Many people are not aware that Epcot has 3 Guest Relations locations!) Or go out the International Gate and ask at any of the five Epcot resorts until you find one willing to do it.

Another option is having someone from home check you in at the 24 hour mark. Then when you get a chance you can get them printed at any onsite resort. That way you will get A catagory seating but not have to rush to print your passes.

Wow, I have always had my SWA BP printed at the resorts but never the parks. I think I will just stick with my plans to do mine at the resort just in case though.

Do you know if the Dolphin offers this service as well or if I could use the Swan's facilities as a guest of the Dolphin?

TIA
TJ

If someone checks you in from home you can reprint the boarding passes at the airport. I've done this several times.

Funny you mention it. This past May, we called my FIL from Epcot and had him check us into SWA. We printed the boarding passes at MCO the next day. Very simple :)

Swan and Dolphin will both do it for you but I can't remember exactly where. Just ask at the front desk.

FYI: Southwest also allows you to check in via web-enabled cell phones. When doing it this way, obviously, you would not have aprinter but would be able to re-print your boarding passes at the automated kiosks at MCO.

Thank you very much. Unfortunately my cell dosen't have web access although that is a great convenience esp if your in a park!

I had planned to walk over to the business center but if I can do it in the lobby that may be quicker.

(who is killing time until I can check in with SWA for tomorrow's flight:)
