Anyway to leave a comment or a note for a helpful CM?

Is this possible?

We were having a fairly difficult experience when we were at Disney last week, and when I took the kids back to the hotel for a nap/swim afternoon break, the better half went to City hall and talked to a CM by the name of 'Joey' He definitely made sure the rest of our trip was a great one and turned our kids frowns upside down. Just appreciated how he was able to bring back some smiles.

Go to the DLR website and scroll to the bottom. Click on the Contact Us link and the Email option. Be as detailed as you can (date, time, location, CM name/description), what happened and how it affected your experience (i.e. what the CM did that made the magic), etc. Leave your contact information if you want someone to get back to you and don't be surprised if someone does! Disney often wants to discuss these comments further to hear what's going on in the parks.
I've been told that using the website actually works better than going to City Hall or Chamber of Commerce because these comments go directly to the Guest Experience Dept., then to the CM's supervisor. The comments end up on several desks and, eventually, in the CM's file. That's important when it comes time for their annual review. Good for you for wanting to take the time to recognize CM Joey's hard work making magic for guests!

I forget how, but there is also a way to do so on social media and they get recognized for that as well.

Using Twitter, you can tweet your comment adding ‘@DisneylandToday’ and tag the comment with #CastCompliment.

Guest Relations CMs read the tweets and send them on to Managers in the correct department / areas.
