Anyway to get a list of top users who rent points?

I been wanting to finally stay at a nice resort but only way I'll afford it is through renting DVC points. My biggest fear is getting there and not having a reservation. Just today I passed on someone who at first I thought might not have been legit (not a lot of post/not able to provide references/no rental agreement) but now looks like if she might have been the real deal.

Is there any place the people who have rented points post reviews about the dvc members they rented from? Is it safe to assume someone here is going to be 100% more legit than to someone on Ebay. I don't want to be searching prior post on someone I might rent from to determine how sincere they might be. Is someone with 100 post more honest then someone with 10? Is someone who has been a member for 7 years but has not posted in the last year trustworthy?

I rented my points out twice with David's Point rental. They have a good system in place, so maybe you would feel more comfortable renting through them.

If you are so concerned about the process, why not just continue to reserve directly through Disney? You might just drive yourself crazy second guessing your decision.
