Anything you CAN'T order from the menu?

We're looking at the basic dining plan when we head down next month. We have most of our ADR's done, but one question I have is, are there things on the menus of those resturants that particiapte in the dining plan that I can't order under the plan (other than the appitizer of course)? Are the fixed price options good under the dining plan (I think Chefs de France has one).

Fixed price options (outside of restaurants where the entire menu is fixed, like Ohana or CRT) are good on the DDP only at Le Cellier as far as I can tell. (Le Cellier's fixed price menu is apparently an experiment and it can't be guaranteed that they'll always offer it)

Marrakesh may allow ordering fixed price multicourse meals with an upcharge.

Chefs de France will not permit you to order the French Menu on the dining plan. You can pick the same entree and dessert off the main menu, but not the appetizer if you're on the basic plan. If you're on the deluxe, you can also get the same appetizer.

Are the menus marked to indicate what items are/are not part of the DDP? Or do you have to ask the wait staff?
