Okay, here's the deal.

My mother drinks vinegar and honey every day.

She always reads these health magazines and takes all different herbs, etc.

Can this be good?

Lots of people have vinegar every day. It's an old practice and is supposed to promote a healthy ph balance.

It's probably not that bad, since they're both food. The honey is absolutely fine, provided she brushes her teeth afterward. Vinegar is probably fine in moderation. How much does she take? It is very acidic, and that bitter taste is nature's way of telling you not to guzzle it or anything, but it's fine in reasonable amounts.

Wow. Thanks. I had no idea.

She just takes so many different herbs and things that it's difficult to keep track of.

I would be more concerned with the combination of things she's taking. Don't want any interactions! I bought a book on vinegar a while ago and started drinking apple cider vinegar in water. Can't stand the taste though and have changed to vinegar pills. It's better than drinking it!!

I imagine that as long as she isn't drinking gallons of either one she's probably alright ;)
