Anything special on 1st stay?

Hello we joined AKV last Sept. and we are using our points for the first time in Sept. on a 3 bedroom villa. Does DVC do anything special for your first time stay? There will be 8 of us and we probably will be arriving at different times so I am just curious, we will be the 1st ones there so I was just wondering if we should just wait until everyone gets there. Thanks for any info.
