Anything special for one's Anniversary?

I've read that guests might get special treatment or acknowledgement for their wedding, honeymoon, or birthday but how about anniversaries? We will be at WDW on our anniversary in December. My DH wants to get the bride and groom ears to get noticed but I told him that wouldn't be right.

Any thoughts?

I'm just starting to try and plan a 20th wedding anniversary trip to WDW, (we have a little more than a year and half to go we were married February 14th 1987 ) I'd like to renew our vows so I was wondering if anyone had any tips or advice to share as well? Thanks in advance!!! Tammy

We will be celebrating our 20th anniversary during our trip - that is the reason for the trip!! Even though our real anniversary is 2 weeks after we return (we could not go on our actual anniversary due to school starting !!). I know DH will not wear any type of button or badge - so I have booked a surprise Wishes cruise for him. He has no clue we are doing that - since we will actually take the cruise on my birthday (yes on the exact day) I did order the birthday cake. Earlier that evening we will attend Spirit of Aloha (he does know about that!!).

What I have to remember is my 20th high school reunion is also coming (in Sept) so I need to continue to watch what I eat - the dining plan might sabotage me

Hi there. DH, DS(4 at the time), and myself went for our 5 year wedding anniversary last Oct. I told them when I was making ressie's to eat. We also happen to get CRT Breakfast (more for me than the boys ) , and when we got to our table, they had it all decorated with mickey head confetti and a card for us signed by all the characters. It was really special and so cool since we weren't expecting anything. So, maybe mention it will be your anniversary when booking dinners and who knows what will happen!
