Anything happening with the old Hyatt Orlando property off of I-4?

Just wondering...Are the old buildings still there? Torn down? New plans?

I haven't looked lately - I know the hotel next to Sherberth rd where it meets black lake is still deserved.

also where I think the comfort might have been day inn - big property down US 192 is still deserved.
