Anything else I need to order on Amazon for our trip?

I've got a Blu-ray/DVD/digital copy combo pack of The Incredibles, a water wallet (for the water parks), and a CamelBak water bottle for DS in my cart... is there anything else I need to order for my trip that would definitely be cheaper online than in-store or at the parks?

We already have a DVD player/case for the car ride. I got glow sticks and ponchos at the dollar store and a lanyard for DS at Party City. I'd love to get some pins to trade but they're not free super saver shipping... and shipping makes them as much as they'd be in the parks unless I got a huge lot, which I'm not interested in... just 10 or so to get me started.

How could anyone here possibly know what your family will need on your trip? Are you asking about a specific item?

Most of the things I'll be ordering from Amazon are for the baby. I also got the port DVD player all lined up (although we are flying) and maybe I"ll look for some new movies now that you mention it!

What about mister fans/Water fans? A park bag for yourself?

I'm asking about things that DISers find useful to have on vacation but probably don't have/use at home and that they know are better brought from home (ordered online) than buying at the parks.

Got the mister fans at WalMart last week... I keep debating on a bag. I have a JanSport backpack that I LOVE and it old... Ummm... like... 11 years or so. It's been around the world with me (literally)... but it won't fit under the stroller and I dont' want to be stuck carrying it all day (tan lines- ick!). So I'm thinking I'll just take the bag we use for a diaper bag.

You could bring an autograph book and a fat marker/pen.

Frogg Toggs Chilly Pad towels if you're going during one of the hotter times of the year.

Maybe an extra sd card for a camera?

I also found good walking sandals to be a lifesaver.

DS isn't really old enough for autographs and DH and I would rather ride the rides than stand in line to get our photo taken with characters.

I'd LOVE an extra memory card for the camera. Thanks for the idea! I have had my eye on a pair of Merrell's for the parks but I don't have that kind of cash on hand. :-( I'd planned to get them but a friend up and decided to come for a visit, so my shoe money is, instead, paying for our fun girls night out!

How old are is your child?

Depending on his age, you might want to consider swim goggles, arm floaties, or a floaty tube for the pool.

Floaty tubes may not necessarily be allowed at the pools, but if there aren't a lot of people using the facilities and you don't leave your child unattended in one you might be alright.
I know we used one for our then-2-yo last September without so much as a second glance.

Sunglasses and a sunhat for any little kids are also strongly advised.

I've got all of the pool/beachy things for our almost 2 year old covered. I got it all for our spring trip and he hasn't gown so it will all still work. I didn't know floats weren't allowed in the pools... what about those wetsuits with floatation in them? He'll never be left alone, but we thought he might enjoy it.

Just to clarify, I don't know for sure that floaty-tubes aren't allowed in the pools. I know that is often the case with community pools and may sometimes be the case with hotel/resort pools, but I just don't know for sure.

I would bring it regardless and let an attendant/lifeguard tell me if I shouldn't be using it. It increases a small child's enjoyment of a pool exponentially, so if I'm not infringing on other people's enjoyment of the pool (such as when it is crowded) or putting anyone's safety at risk I don't really see the harm.

You could look into something like this:

It's sorta like the one I use for Disney trips. We stuff everything in there! Leaves the bottom of the stroller open for shopping bags :thumbsup2

We're going to Disneyland next week. I just ordered a battery powered charger for our iPhones from Amazon. I would hate to be in the parks all day and have one of our cell phones die. We use them to meet up after taking the kids on different rides.

Never heard of them before today, but because of your post and a bunch of zealous reviewers, I knew I could not go to WDW without them, and ordered two. Hopefully they will live up to the hype and I will thank you again when we get back :dance3:.
