2.36 across the river in Iowa on sunday. It is always 15-20 cents cheaper than here in IL. makes no sense, but it is.

Different states, different gasoline taxes.

See, you learn something new every day BTW, in case anyone cares, crude oil is only one of a number of natural resources who's price has been dipping steadily the past month or so.

Oh, I forgot to answer the question -- I've personally seen it as low as $2.19 around here. My co-worker just said she bought gas this morning at $2.05, the lowest I've heard of lately.

I paid 2.83 esterday. That is pretty much the lowest around here. I would love it if I get gas at that low a price.

There was a place in Hampton yesterday selling it for $1.68. They're in a price war with the station across the street. It made the local news when they had traffic blocked with a literal mile-long line and the police had to be called to direct traffic.

The lowest here right now is $2.25. I am waiting for Kroger to go to 2.09 so I can use my .10 discount and get it for 1.99!!

Here in the Tulsa area it is $2.29.

But when we went to the football game in Norman this weekend, we got it for $2.19.
