Anyone with points expiring in June?

looking to check in 6/9 and check out 6/13

We can rent a 5br house for $525 for the same period, but are considering other options, including the more expensive DVC.

Not sure what you are looking for. Are you trying to get DVC at less than $525? Do you need 5 bedrooms?

Even a 1 bedroom at OKW for that period is 148 points. At the going rate of $10/point that's more than twice the $525. And that's 1 bed as opposed to 5. At $525 that would be less than $4/point which wouldn't even cover maintenance fees.

If your group is that large, offsite may very well be your best bet, certainly your best economically. Much as I love DVC, it doesn't fit everybody

Actually our group only consists of myself, Wife and our 2 children.

We have rented points before , both expiring ones and full price. We also have gotten some pretty good AP rates over the years. We have been doing the house thing for about two years now but personally I am getting tired of the extra 7-10 minute drive. A studio would be fine for us but we would prefer not to stay at SSR or OKW as they are just as far away as staying in the house we always rent. VWL, BCV or BWV in that order is our preference. Were not trying to match or beat the House price, just seeing if anyone is about to lose points and would be willing to rent below $9-$10pp. It doesn't hurt to ask.
