Anyone with experience booking Citrico's Chef's Domain?

Trying to book this private room at Citrico's, the girl I spoke to at ADR's at opening time today transferred me through to a different reservations team, they also struggled and are going to ring me back after they've spoken to the restaurant themselves.
They said this might be a few hours as no-one would likely be there yet.
Should I be worried, I don't want to miss out as this is for our wedding reception meal?!!

You shouldn't have any trouble booking it - it's not like trying to book the Chef's Table at Victoria & Albert's.
