Anyone willing to help with a Social Studies project?

My daughter's 2nd grade class is doing a Social Studies project to educate them about the United States called the Flat Stanley project. The class will be creating "Flat Stanley" and sending him to family and friends around the US. Stanley will visit for about 2 weeks and will need to be sent back with a journal, pictures and if you'd like a souvenir of his visit.

That is all I know of the project right now, I don't have any other specifics. They will be picking about 50 names of all that are submitted. If anyone would be willing to host Flat Stanley that would be awesome. They are trying to cover as many of the states as possible. Thanks.

Flat Stanley needs to come to Orlando!!!!!! He could go to high School with Grace, and to the parks, and Hang with my cats!!!!!! I love Flat Stanley. We did this years ago and had the best time!!!

I don't have a lot of specifics yet. The teacher is taking names through the 13th. Then I beleive she'll go through them all and pick one or two from each state depending on how many states she gets volunteers for. So thank you so much for volunteering, and I hope you're not too upset if you don't get selected. I appreciate your willingness to help as does my daughter's class.

Thanks for offering. I talked to my daughter's teacher and she doesn't think she'd be able to get things together in time for him to make it before you leave. But I appreciate you willing to help!
