anyone who flew into orlando from Detroit or similar.. in December of 2012/2013

How much was airfare if you flew in from detroit to orlando for the beginning of the month of december?

We (my wife and I) were asked to go to WDW for 2 nights on a week end and we cannot say yes or not until we get the cost or estimate of airfare

We flew roundtrip DTW-MCO with Delta last year for $330/pp.

WOW! We moved last year so this year we will be flying out of Louisville. We would fly out of DTW to MCO and we would try and keep our airfare as close to $200 as possible. Never had a problem, flew SouthWest our last trip. We generally try to leave on an odd day (Tues, Wed, or Thurs) and check the airfare often. Good Luck!

I'm going in March and it's just under $300 pp. I went in Jan of 2012 and it was closer to $270 from DTW

Haven't done that trip, but don't forget you can try southwest direct out of flint now.

Should be some decent prices.

cant get anything that far out yet. We were just able to book our trip for 4 in september next year. Might fly spirit for that too since we have the $9 fare club membership. Our september trip is going to be $180 round trip with a seat reserved

I just read an article about finding the best airfair as we are looking for air fair for our September trip. The article said you pay premium if you book before 5 months or within 14 days or travel. It said to ck fairs as often as possible and try to fly on Monday or Tuesday.
