Holy smokes... I am wondering why some of these guys actually show up to the church.:rotfl2:
there was one with a blonde from NJ. I cant remember her name, but OMG! She was just plain ole CRAZY :lmao:

i am watching one right now with this girl named Dawn.. OMG they way she treats her groom!!

I don't get why some of them get married. One of the couples recently the wife-to-be hired an etiquette coach for the hubby-to-be. That girl was just flat out nasty to that poor guy. Why on earth marry someone like that? I kept telling him not to marry her but I guess he couldn't hear me through my tv set anyway.

This show is one of my guilty pleasures. (The others being the Housewives of Orange County/New York City).

As for the blonde, are you talking about the one who smashed the cake in the guys face for getting a cake for someone else at "HER" rehearsal dinner? She was :scared1: .

Yup, that was her!:lmao: I cant believe she did that to that guy. I cant blame the husband for the pre-nup. Hadnt they been married like 3 times before? lol She only signed it for her honeymoon, even the lawyer was wondering what was wrong with this guy...LOL!! She just went all sorts of crazy to everyone around her. Now that guy definetly didnt hear me yelling at him through the tv to RUN!:lmao:
The one that was just on, the bride was incredibly mean. The way she just asked him if he could do anything right... good grief! What is wrong with these men???

This show is my guilty pleasure as well as Engaged and Underage. ;)

That "guy" was her FATHER!!! I would have slapped her silly! I watched it for a few hours today. No idea why he married her. Except at one point he said "It beats being alone". Talk about settling! That woman was PSYCHO!

I couldn't believe the gal that was critisizing her bf about his weight and table manners. While she was doing the "boot camp" I was screaming get your fat butt in there with him! I couldn't believe she was eating donuts while making him exercise and lose weight and picking on him.

I enjoy watching it when they have a few episodes on at a time.

 I didnt realize that was her dad!
She must be his pride and joy.... NOT:lmao:

I think being alone would be better than settling with that woman. I wondered if she was putting on just for the show, but I quickly changed my mind and realized she was completely psychotic.

That poor guy is going to be whipped his whole life... while she enjoys the doughnuts :rotfl:

good grief

I watched the very first season. It was much much classier. Season 2+ is just plain trashy.

Season 1 followed a handfull of NYC brides planning very expensive weddings (like 100k+) in NYC.

I do like the Plantinum Weddings.

The grooms can't seem to hear me either. ;) That woman was just horrible--I have no idea why these guys marry these women. Can you imagine living that way?

Now the thing that made me laugh was the other woman on that episode--did you hear what she wanted as the groom's cake? :lmao: I can't even say it here--it was part of the female anatomy. She said she was having a classy wedding and then came up with a first dance routine that was in questionable taste AND requested that cake??

All this for a wedding, I just can't believe how people treat each other over a wedding. It totally blows my mind.

Is that the couple that got divorced and then did the Bridezilla show for their 2nd wedding? I couldn't believe that bride. And when she shoved cake in her dad's face!!!!!!!:scared1: Why is that groom subjecting himself to that wench again? We can't feel bad for him though b/c he knows what he's getting.

I saw that last night too, she was horrible. I can't imagine talking to my DH like that. Heck, I don't talk to my children like that!!

She was mean and hateful and that man was an idiot for putting up with it.

He put up with it once before. This is their second marriage. The first one lasted 3 years or so.

She was crazy. Did you see her rip her veil to shreds? Her lecture to the bridesmaids that they were required to stuff their bra so they all looked similiar (which included her 16 year old daughter). She threw her wedding ring in a glass of wine because she didn't like it. The cake thing took the cake though.

I'll have to watch that show -- I need a good laugh!

I've only seen one bridezilla in real life. A friend of mine turned into one and it was embarrassing to see. She always was a bit of a "princess," but not to the extent she turned into at her wedding.:sad2: The meltdown I laughed at the most was that one of the bridesmaids couldn't find taupe pantyhose. Oh the horrors! :rotfl2:

Anyone else think the blonde bride from NJ was " acting "? She said she was a model/actress, and during some of the scenes when she was supposedly angry at her fiance her facial expressions looked more like she was hamming it up for the cameras than really upset. When she was in the nail salon and she asked the woman if she " knew who she was ".... it just seemed very staged and fake to me. I got the impression this couple, especially the woman thought they were going to launch acting careers wth their appearances on the show.

I hate to break to to you all, but the one with the "blonde", Lisa Coppola, was entirely staged. She is a singer and an actress and asked to do this show to gain exposure. One of my dear friends lives in her town and was at the beauty shop when she was getting her nails done. They did that take (with the other lady yelling at her) over 6 times before they could get it right without Lisa laughing. Also, there are numerous others who have posted on various other sites saying that Lisa made it clear to everyone around that is was staged. Her husband is related to Francis Ford Coppola and they thought it would be funny to be on the show, and I am sure the money didn't hurt either! The owner of the resturant where they had their rehearsal dinner has posted saying that the scene with the cake was filmed over 8 times, and the scene with the "talk" about stuffing the bras, took over 20 mins to film because they were all laughing so hard.

As for the others, not sure. I am guessing, as with all reality shows, that their reality is more acting then real.

Yes the NJ couple is the one that was married before, to each other. It was funny when they went to sign the pre-nup and his lawyer asked him if he really wanted to do this again. :rotfl2:

Yeah she was classy. Wanted her wine in a to-go cup at the wine tasting and asked what type of wine they would recommend with fried chicken :lmao:

She was "trying" to act, but I think she must really be extreme in her real life too. At the nail salon the girl that was with her said that she finally ran into someone that could out-***** her when the lady doing her nails kept talking back to her.

I was floored with the travel agent part. I knew that fool was going to give her what she wanted even though the cost of that vacation was outrageous.

You know, when she said she was an actress I wondered if it all might be staged. Especially with the cake thing and the veil. They were so over the top that it was unrealistic. Reminded me of that You Tube of the bride that cut her hair.

Another reason why "reality" TV is just not real..

I never understood the appeal to these shows when you know so much of it is fake or edited so heavy that is shows only one side of the stories..

I questioned if she was acting too. But the people around her didnt seem surprised when she went nuts. That poor daughter of theirs. The bra stuffing thing blew my mind. Nevermind the husband, can you imagine being her bridesmaid?? Holy smokes!:lmao: Even his lawyer was like 'dont do it man' LOL!
Me an DH pretty much eloped, but I dont see myself as being a bridezilla.
I was in a wedding many years ago and the bride started to be a ...jerk, as the wedding got closer. She never even called any of the bridesmaids to tell us when the rehearsal was... we were supposed to know all that lol. Now that I am older I probably would have smacked her:rotfl2:
