UPDATE!!!
I made my Onederland goal of 198.5 by August 5th (my weigh in is on Tuesdays) Now I've extended another goal for 190 by the first Tuesday in September- which is 4 weeks away. My be all end all goal is to be at 186 for our Disney trip 9/23- that means by BMI scales I will be going to Disney as an overweight traveller not an OBESE one!!

158- 189 for my height is considered overweight and I'm shooting for the "appropriate" weight by next April.
Well, I weighed this morning and MADE my liberty goal of 209!!! I actually weighed 208.5 two days ago but I worked out strongly at the gym one night and all my muscles are sore so I'm hoping that's .5 gain in muscles!

So I am READY for my next mini-goal!!!!
ONEDERLAND!!!!!! I want to be in ONEDERLAND by August 1st- that gives me 4 full weeks from today's weigh in to reach it. So that's 2.5 pounds a week which is aggressive but doable- I continue to walk 20-25 miles a week and drinking lots of water- I had cut down my slimfast to just one a day or every other day so this month to meet goal I'm gonna go back to a strict slimfast approach.
So when I post on Friday August 1, 2003 you will see
199 and probably 199 bouncies next to it!!

We can do this- I had to squeak by ot get this goal met- lots of weekend celebrations that could have sabotaged my goal but in the end it worked! Thanks everyone!!!!
And to Disney Mom- my visit to my OB is July 28- I'll weigh about 50 pounds less than what I weighed 2 years ago (I know I hate going to OB and skipped a year!) so I can't wait to have them write the new number down! Your doctor will FLIP!!!! That is an awesome weight loss and you should be very proud!!
